What is VeloCT?
VeloCT is Code and Trust's AI-accelerated sprint offering — a compressed, high-intensity engagement designed to deliver a specific answer or prototype in 2 weeks rather than 2 months. Starting at $5,000, VeloCT applies AI throughout the design and development process to compress timelines without sacrificing quality. It's the same Code and Trust team running at maximum velocity.
The Four VeloCT Sprints
Four sprint tiers cover the most common high-urgency needs: vision validation, investor readiness, product improvement, and go-to-market launch. Each has a fixed price, fixed timeline, and a specific set of deliverables you can evaluate before you start. No ambiguity, no scope creep.

Who VeloCT is for
VeloCT works best when there's a specific, contained question that needs answering — not an open-ended 'build us a product.' The constraint is a feature, not a limitation: a well-scoped sprint with clear success criteria will always outperform an open-ended engagement that drifts.
- →Founders who need answers before fundraising — not 6 months from now
- →Teams stuck on a specific problem with a known deadline
- →Companies with a hard deadline and no time for a full 12-week engagement
- →Anyone who needs to move faster than a standard engagement allows
How a VeloCT sprint works
Every VeloCT sprint follows the same 3-phase structure: a day-1 kickoff to lock success criteria, a 10-day sprint with daily async updates, and a final delivery session. The structure is intentional — most sprint failures happen because success criteria weren't defined upfront. We define them before we start.
Day 1
Brief and kickoff
2-hour working session to define the outcome, success criteria, and daily check-in format.
Days 2–10
The sprint
Daily async updates. AI-assisted research, design, and synthesis throughout. You review and redirect in real time.
Day 14
Delivery
Written output, presentation, or prototype delivered. 1-hour walkthrough call. Any outstanding questions resolved.
VeloCT vs. standard engagement
Same team quality, 6x faster for a contained problem. VeloCT doesn't cut corners — it cuts the wait time. A standard 12-week engagement is the right choice for building a full product. A VeloCT sprint is the right choice when you need a specific answer, prototype, or deliverable before you can justify that investment.
Common questions
Is VeloCT lower quality than a standard engagement?
No. Same team, same practices. VeloCT is faster because we scope a contained problem with a defined output. A full product build can't be VeloCT'd — but validating a go-to-market hypothesis can.
Can VeloCT lead to a full engagement?
Yes. About 40% of VeloCT clients continue into a full engagement. But there's no expectation — the sprint is designed to be self-contained and valuable on its own.
Do I need to be available during the sprint?
Yes, actively. VeloCT requires 1–2 hours of your time daily. If you can't participate, the sprint doesn't work. This is not a 'go away and come back in 2 weeks' engagement.
What if the sprint doesn't answer my question?
We define the success criteria together on day 1. If we don't meet them, we continue at no additional charge until we do.
How do I start?
Complete the pitch form at /pitch — select VeloCT in the engagement type. We'll confirm within 1 business day and schedule a 30-minute kickoff planning call.
Ready to move in 2 weeks instead of 6 months?
Pick a sprint, submit the pitch form, and we'll confirm within 1 business day. Most VeloCT engagements start the week after kickoff.
