Got an AI-native product idea? We build it. $0 to production in 90 days. Fixed-price. You own the code.
What does Code and Trust build for founders?
Code and Trust builds production-ready AI-native web applications for tech founders — from API integrations and data pipelines to full SaaS products. Most projects reach a shippable MVP within 8–12 weeks, with full production deployment by week 16.
How the pitch process works
After you submit your pitch, Code and Trust responds within 24 hours with whether it's a fit. If yes: a 30-minute scoping call, then a fixed-price written proposal within 48 hours. Build begins within one week of agreement — working prototype delivered at week 4.
Submit your pitch
Tell us what you want to build, who it's for, and where you are in the journey.
We respond in 24 hours
You hear from us — not an autoresponder. We'll say if it's a fit or not, and why.
30-min scoping call
We align on scope, constraints, and timeline. This is where we decide what to build first.
Fixed-price proposal
Written scope + price within 48 hours of the call. No ambiguity about what you're getting.
Build starts immediately
Once you approve the proposal, we start within one week. Working prototype at week 4.
Tell us what you're building
Submit your pitch below. We read every submission and respond within 24 hours. There's no template — just tell us what you want to build, who it's for, and where you are right now. The more specific, the faster we can assess fit.
Pitch FAQ
Common questions: we work with founders at any stage (idea through post-revenue), we don't take equity, every proposal is fixed-price with no change orders for estimation errors, and you own all the code we write.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. We're a build partner, not an investor. We charge fixed-price project fees. Mixing equity and build relationships creates misaligned incentives — we've seen it go wrong too many times to do it ourselves.
What stage should I be at to pitch?
Any stage. We've built first MVPs for founders with nothing but an idea and rebuilt production systems for post-Series A companies. The pitch form asks where you are so we can calibrate the scoping call.
Who owns the code?
You do. All intellectual property created in your engagement transfers to you on final payment. No proprietary frameworks, no lock-in. The code runs on your infrastructure, you can hire anyone to maintain it.
What if my idea isn't a fit?
We'll tell you within 24 hours and explain why. If we know someone better suited to build it, we'll point you there. We have no incentive to take projects that aren't a good fit for our team.
